Iridia’s Return-to-Work Support Program offers comprehensive, streamlined support to help employees recover from illness or injury and transition back to work confidently and safely. Our interdisciplinary team, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists, collaborates to create a customized, barrier-free return plan tailored to each employee’s unique needs. For Employees: Your health and well-being are our top priorities. Starting with an in-depth assessment by our Occupational Therapist, we design a personalized return-to-work plan to help you recover at your own pace. We coordinate any necessary lab work, imaging, or specialist referrals, making sure you feel supported every step of the way. Clearance letters and any other required documentation are provided to keep your process smooth and straightforward. For Employers: Supporting an employee's return to work after illness or injury can be challenging. Our comprehensive program simplifies the process, handling everything from initial assessments (available within 48 hours) to ongoing support and paperwork completion. Whether the case is occupational or non-occupational, we provide health evaluations, tailored action plans, and transition support, allowing you to stay focused on your organization's goals. Regular weekly progress reports keep you informed every step of the way, ensuring your team member smoothly transitions back to their full duties.
