Vancouver Fire - Yellow Form DMER

Service Description

The Yellow Form DMER is used by RoadSafetyBC to ensure there is an acceptable level of driver medical fitness. The DMER checks for: • Cognition • Overall Physical Health • Eyesight This service is for age related and if deemed necessary for commercial reassessment for Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, and Class 4 drivers. The $225 cost is inclusive of all testing mandatory to satisfy the DMER requirements, booking fees, and taxes. Please Note: Tests are run in our clinic and results are typically processed within 20 minutes. We only perform testing for asymptomatic individuals. Therefore, if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 you should follow the guidelines of local Public Health Authorities. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so a minimum of 72 hours in advance. A full refund will be issued if you cancel with a minimum of 72 hours. A refund will take 7-10 business days. Please note that appointments cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment as well as missed appointments, will only receive a partial refund and are subject to a fee of $50.
