Virtual Antigen Telehealth Test

Before booking your telehealth appointment, please read the information below.

What You Need

  1. Photo ID - passport (preferably),  driver's license, etc.

  2. Rapid test kit (received from our clinic)

  3. 15 minutes

  4. Webcam and stable internet connection.

  5. Phone to take a picture
  6. Pen

The Process

  1. Schedule your appointment

  2. Join the Zoom link to perform your test with the nurse

  3. Submit your post-appointment form if asked by the nurse

  4. Receive your digital travel document by the end of your appointment

Testing Package is available for pick-up or delivery ($25)

  1. By default, the testing kit purchased is to be picked up at the Iridia Medical Collection Center (IMCC) on West Broadway.

  2. For shipping within the Lower Mainland, click here. Shipping is an additional $25 and will arrive within 3 business days. 

Each telehealth appointment is valid for one rapid antigen test.

Refund policy: please note that all rapid test kits are FINAL SALE. Once your test kit is picked up or delivered, we are unable to provide a refund.

Reschedule policy: To reschedule your virtual appointment, please email us at telehealth@iridiamedical.com. Rescheduling requests can only be made 72 hours prior to your scheduled time.
