Roundtrip Return Testing

Thank you for purchasing your Premier Roundtrip Testing Package. Before booking your Roundtrip Return Testing appointment (virtual), please read the information below.

What You Need

  1. Unique voucher code (sent via email)

  2. Photo ID - passport (preferably) or  driver's license.

  3. Rapid test kit (received at the end of your visit to the clinic)

  4. 15 minutes

  5. Webcam and stable internet connection.

  6. Phone to take a picture
  7. Pen

Unique Voucher Code

When you purchased your Premier Roundtrip Testing Package, you received an email with subject line "Next Steps- Premier Roundtrip Package". Please use the unique voucher code found in that email to book your Roundtrip Return Testing appointment (virtual).

What You Will Receive

  1. Travel documentation for your return flight home

  2. High-quality service and privacy of information

The Process

  1. Schedule your appointment with your unique voucher code

  2. At your appointed time, join the Zoom call to perform your antigen test with the nurse

  3. Submit your post-appointment form if asked by the nurse

  4. Receive your digital travel document by the end of your appointment

Each voucher code is valid for one antigen test during your appointment.

Please join the Zoom call 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time. 

All time slots are in PST time zone.

Cancellation policy: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us at telehealth@iridiamedical.com. Cancellation and rescheduling requests can only be made 72 hours prior to your scheduled time.
