  • What should I do if I’m running late?
    If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please call us at 236-757-9416 and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
  • Is parking available?
    Yes, paid parking is available in the building’s parkade, and there is also street parking nearby.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Vancouver: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Terrace: Typically every other Wednesday, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Please confirm with us as hours may vary).
  • How far in advance should I book my appointment?
    Booking availability can vary, so we recommend scheduling as early as possible to secure your preferred time.
  • Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
    No referral is required. However, in many cases, your employer may initiate contact with the Iridia Health Hub.
  • Can I cancel my appointment?
    We understand that plans can change. To receive a full refund, please cancel at least 72 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within this timeframe or miss your appointment, a $50 fee will apply, and a partial refund will be issued. For cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance, please contact us at booking@iridiamedical.com or call 604-685-4747 ext. 8. Thank you for your understanding.
