Our pre-hire physical assessments are designed to ensure you meet the physical demands of your new role while supporting your health and readiness every step of the way. What to Expect: In a friendly, supportive environment, we’ll guide you through: • A review of your medical history • A full physical exam • Hearing (audiogram) and vision tests, including color vision • An ECG to assess your heart health • Spirometry (lung function test, if needed) • Comprehensive blood work (including TB Gold) You’ll receive a clear, detailed report outlining whether you meet the required standards or need follow-up tests.
